Iur E̜w Ner covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3336 m (10944 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Iur E̜w Ner was founded durring the late 17th century in early fall of the year 1579, by Gasafri Igegri. The establishment of Iur E̜w Ner was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Gasafri Igegri struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Iur E̜w Ner as a prison colony.
Iur E̜w Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iur E̜w Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Iur E̜w Ner is buildings are located arround a single spacious flagstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Iur E̜w Ner's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Iur E̜w Ner's top tier civilian fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
A look around Iur E̜w Ner has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine with the simple fact that it is abundantly clear Iur E̜w Ner suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Iur E̜w Ner long.

Iur E̜w Ner has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Iur E̜w Ner is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.
Cultural Notes
Iur E̜w Ner's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
In Iur E̜w Ner there is a constant smell of overcooked presumably ethnic food.
Iur E̜w Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Transmutation energies of tier 2 via moments of science.
